トイレはつかまりながら、行けます。
両足で立つ事は平気です。
今日（７月18日）からパンツをはきました。
点滴していません。
痛み止めを、朝と寝る前に２錠飲むだけです。
毎日傷口洗浄と薬を塗る治療はあります。

おはよう✨☀️
朝起きて、車椅子で洗面台へ、
ひげを剃り、歯を磨き、
上半身をふき、トイレに行き。
朝ごはんを食べ、
差し入れのパンを食べ
今日から歩く努力をします
